Management Team - 200+ Years Experience

Susan Long is the President and started with the company in 1976. Ms. Long is involved in the day to day operations and overall direction of the company. Ms. Long’s responsibilities include human resources, strategic planning and application development. Ms. Long graduated with a BS from The Ohio State University.

Karon Stone is the Third Party Coordinator and started with the company in 1983. Ms. Stone is responsible for managing all insurance carrier system information as well as monitoring third party payment compliance. Ms. Stone graduated with an Associates degree from Columbus State. 

Adrianne Hughes is the Operations Manager. Ms. Hughes started with the company in 1987. Ms. Hughes is responsible for all facets of the day to day operations of the company.  Ms. Hughes graduated with a BS from Eastern Kentucky University and with an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.

Roger Broome is Vice President of Client Services and started with the company in 1987. Mr. Broome is responsible for managing the Client Services area and many aspects of the billing processes for clients. Mr. Broome graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio with a BS in Business Administration.

Gary Broughman is the Treasurer and started with the company in 1978. Mr. Broughman is responsible for managing many aspects of the billing processes for clients. Mr. Broughman is a member of the MGMA, OMGMA and RBMA, where he served as president of the Ohio Chapter. He also recently served on the Payer Relations Committee of national RBMA. Mr. Broughman graduated from Columbus State and from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Ginny Powers is the Supervisor of Client Services. Ms. Powers started with the company in 2007. Prior to working here she managed the billing functions of a large radiology practice that was also a billing service for over 25 years. She has billing experience with many different medical specialties. Ms. Powers is a certified coder by means of the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB).

Mike Poling is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and started with the company in 1972. Mr. Poling has overseen many successful transitions in hardware and software during his years with the company. His current oversight responsibilities include electronic claims submission and remittance, AS/400 management and is the Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Poling graduated with an Associate degree from Hocking College.

Don Kyle is the Vice President of Data Processing and started with the company in 1974. Mr. Kyle is a senior programmer and is responsible for all new application development and oversees our staff of programmers. Mr. Kyle has designed and deployed many of the systems in use today at Medigistics.
